By accessing and using Agimmo ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use our platform.

2. Description of Service

Agimmo provides an online platform that connects property owners and landlords with potential tenants seeking rental accommodations in Morocco. Our service includes listing properties, searching for properties, and facilitating communication between parties.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Keep your password secure and confidential
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Property Listings

If you are a property owner or landlord, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information about your property
  • Upload only genuine photos of your property
  • Comply with all applicable local, state, and national laws
  • Update your listing promptly when the property is no longer available
  • Respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Post false, inaccurate, misleading, or fraudulent content
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform
  • Use automated systems to access the Platform
  • Spam or send unsolicited communications

6. Payment and Fees

Basic browsing and searching on Agimmo is free. Premium listing features require payment. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time with notice to users.

7. Verification and Safety

While we strive to verify listings and users, Agimmo is not responsible for the accuracy of information provided by users. Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before entering into any rental agreement.

8. Limitation of Liability

Agimmo is a platform connecting landlords and tenants. We are not a party to any rental agreements. We are not liable for any disputes, damages, or losses arising from rental transactions. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Agimmo in the past 12 months.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Agimmo or its content suppliers and is protected by Moroccan and international copyright laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any content without our written permission.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms of Service or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through a notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Morocco. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Morocco.
